Monday, May 3, 2010 The Chili Fire Department and the CVAS Ambulance responded for an early morning single car MVA. The arriving engine found that the vehicle had left the roadway, slid up a guardrail and struck a utility pole. CSX train traffic was shut down for most of the morning so the pole could be replaced. The patient was transported in stable condition, and the cause of the accident is under investigation.
