Friday, July 30, 2010 The Chili Fire Department responded for a truck flipped and the driver out of the vehicle East Bound Route 490 at Union Street. 4312 went on location with an ice truck flipped on its side at the top of the East bound entrance ramp to 490. The crews of 4312 and 4322 secured the vehicle hazards and cleaned up a minor spill. The C.V.A.S Ambulance assessed the driver and released the victim at the scene. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
